Just before I go on a weeks' holiday, I thought I'd put my toy
registry up for access.

It has some obvious operational bugs, and **explicitly** does not
presuppose what one does when one wants to suspend or reregister
a domain, as we've not discussed that on the list yet...
It hides under http://java.science.yorku.ca/~davecb/tld, as sdmp.shar.

It's real enough to make a good implementability test for a proposed
spec. I don't thing I'll do more than bugfixes and a .cgi client
until we look at the requirements a bit more.

I'll challenge the community to try to decide what one does
when
	a) a customer leaves a registry
	b) a registry kicks a customer out, and
	c) a customer doesn't pay.

And by the way, how are things on the charter front?
